Delivery of orders over 1000 lei is free. For orders up to 1000 lei, the delivery cost is 50 lei. The delivery cost to the suburbs of Chișinău and Bălți is 100 lei.

Our delivery is carried out to the entrance staircase / place accessible for courier transport (in case the access to the entrance is blocked). Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

Delivery is carried out only for goods included in the order. Transportation of several goods for the purpose of choosing one of them at the delivery location is not carried out.

The courier will call you 30 minutes before delivery.

The delivery service is not responsible for moving the product around the apartment, installation and assembly, demonstration of consumer characteristics and customer training.

Please note that upon receipt, the product must be checked for completeness and absence of external damage by the buyer. By signing the warranty card, you confirm that you have no claims against the product and the seller.

If the product has been delivered and meets all warranty obligations, but for some reason you have changed your mind about buying it, you will have to pay the courier's travel expenses and delivery costs. Therefore, before sending the order, make sure that you have chosen exactly the model that you really want to buy.

ASSEMBLY

Products are delivered disassembled in boxes or assembled as needed. Assembly is performed in several simple steps in accordance with the instructions and equipment included in the kit.

If necessary, you can use the services of an assembler, for an additional fee. (discussed with the manager)

Delivery conditions for the Republic of Moldova

Delivery in Moldova is carried out by the «Nova Poștă» delivery service.

The delivery time is usually 2-3 business days, from the moment of order approval.
•
Our managers will coordinate with you the date and cost of delivery before shipping the product.
•
Orders are delivered to the customer's entrance or private house gate.

Payment Methods

Cash

You pay for the purchase upon delivery, settling with the courier who delivered the goods. Payment is made in Moldovan lei.

Credit

Any product in our online store can be purchased on credit without leaving home. To do this, it is enough to indicate the payment method «on credit». In the window that appears, fill out a credit application and wait for a call from the credit company operator.

Bank Transfer

If you are a legal entity, then when placing an order in the cart, select the payment method «Bank Transfer» and enter the company details. After placing the order, you will automatically receive an invoice for payment to the email address specified during registration. Order delivery is carried out only after receiving money to our account.

Online Payment

The order can be paid with a Visa or MasterCard card. When paying, you will be automatically redirected to the Paynet system server, which ensures payment security. Before payment, it is advisable to make sure that the goods are available.
